Jasons Coming!

Jason officially left to come down to our place last night! We have all been waiting for this event for what seems like forever. Last time he left us, he was in that accident on his way home, so we are praying like crazy for his safety today. The rest of the crew was supposed to be right behind him, but they ran into a few snags this morning, so we are hoping for their arrival tomorrow. Roy and I are very anxious to get started with our newest little girl. I will tell you more when they are all safely here. Just keep praying for the safety of all those who are coming.

In the mean time, I decided to try out one more of Thailand’s great variety of sicknesses. This is one of the better ones….as long as I do not eat too much, I don’t feel all that bad. But, if I eat more than a smidgen, then I feel terrible. So, I am slowly sipping limeade, and taking it easy for the most part. I got to hold Hannah while she took her nap today. I usually feel like I have to accomplish something when she is sleeping, but when you are sick…that is a different story! It is always good to stop and smell the roses from time to time. Tomorrow will be soon enough to accomplish all the work that needs to be done.

On the way to the internet today, I saw something that I have never seen in America. Right in the middle of the road, there was a big tent and lots of chairs with people sitting in them. I have no idea what they were doing there, but the cars were making their way slowly around them, and they looked quite contented there. I thought of sitting down and joining them, but since I don’t know what they were doing, I decided to pass on this great opportunity. Maybe next time.
