Ben arrived safely home today! Everyone was so excited to see him. He made it safely all the way across the world to our little spot on planet earth, but not without incident.

As a parting present, his wallet was stolen in Los Angeles, leaving him with no money, no debit cards or any other means for leaving the airport once he arrived in Bangkok. The good news is that they now have internet in airports, so he was able to email me from China and ask me to do something about it. If any of you have ever been to my place, you know that no buses run to Bangkok in the evenings, so we were sitting here contemplating a LONG drive on the motor bike to the airport, when I remembered that Lena and Maria were in Bangkok. So, a quick phone call relieved all our fears, and Ben was picked up from the airport and provided with money to get home on. God is amazing…especially when we realized that they had accidentally gone to Bangkok one day earlier than they needed to due to a mix-up in dates. See why I don’t believe in coincidence?
